Wednesday at Gardiners Run GC saw 22 blokes play individual stableford and 4BBB for our annual trip away. After a great breakfast at Yarra Glen Restaurant and Courtyard we ventured to Gardiners Run GC where the course was in fabulous condition. Fortunately for us the bunkers were declared GUR and you received a free drop no nearer the hole!
Winner of the individual competition was Steve Rumney(28) with 40 points including holing out from 78 meters out for an eagle! Second was Carl Maffei(23) with 37. Steve and his lucky partner Gary Pollard won the 4BBB with 45 points. There were 3 teams with 43 each with Paul Clayton and Brendan Chenhall coming second on CB. Tom White joined us also on the day and his 27 points was better than a few of us oldies,
