Captain Alan here reporting on Terri and my travels on holiday. After leaving the Flinders Ranges we have headed south to the Coonawarra District on our way home. We have had two days of Naracoorte Caves and of course sampled a few wineries(8). I also played 9 holes at Naracoorte Golf Club. Let’s say a far cry from Hawker! Couch fairways, great greens and bunkers, plus their surrounds were nearly as good as ours!
I was extremely impressed with their 7th tee! I reckon we at a Yea could follow their lead! Rated at 128 and included in the top 100 public courses in Australia, Naracoorte is well worth a visit.
